
Meet your Trainer
With over 15 years of experience leading group fitness and personal training, I'm passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and reach their goals with confidence.
My journey in the fitness industry began in 2010 when I became a licensed Zumba instructor. I fully immersed myself in the world of Zumba—earning certifications in multiple formats, teaching as many classes as my body could handle, and building lifelong friendships along the way. That passion led me to pursue a Group Fitness Instructor certification through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), which deepened my commitment to health and wellness.
From there, I expanded into teaching strength-based and cardio-strength classes, and later earned a certification in SEAT (Supported Exercise for Ageless Training)—a chair-based fitness format designed for active agers. This experience sparked a strong interest in helping older adults maintain strength, mobility, and confidence as they age.
As my desire to guide individuals on their fitness journeys continued to grow, I knew the natural next step was to become a certified personal trainer. I earned my NASM- CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) credential, giving me the tools and knowledge to train clients safely, effectively and with a more personalized approach.
While I've always loved group fitness, I never felt comfortable in a traditional gym environment. Classes offered a sense of community and encouragement that gyms often lacked for me. That’s why I decided to open a private training space—an environment where clients can feel supported, motivated, and completely at ease.
I’m incredibly grateful for the path that brought me here, and I’m excited to help others reach their goals—whether in class or through personalized training.
