GOAL

My goal is to help clients safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals through personalized exercise programs, coaching and support.  This includes improving strength, mobility, stabilization, endurance and overall well-being--while educating clients and holding them accountable along the way. 


DIFFICULTY LEVEL

We'll start with balance and core strength, then gradually build your endurance, muscle tone and overall strength--at a pace that fits your body and goals.


DURATION

Each session typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes and can be customized to fit your goals, schedule and fitness level-- with 2 to 3 sessions per week recommended for best results.
